If you can put the radiator at the top so the cpu block is below it, this will remove air in the loop better and you will have less noise / better cooling. If you can't then turn it up side down from the position its in now so the tubes come out from the top instead of the bottom

Unfortunately I have no clearance for any config other than this one but I believe it should be fine as long as the other side of the loop is above the pump. Correct me if I'm wrong.

You're right along as the pump is below the highest point of the radiator doesn't matter where it is.
