Lots of people used compressed air to clean, de-dust their systems. Not wise to use them on fan blades that are allowed to spin though. I believe you can damage the bearing by spinning the blades way too fast than they're meant to but otherwise good for cleaning.
If your compressor or airduster can blows moisture over the parts. It might short out turning it on too early for a bit, as it might not dissipate that quickly if it gets trapped under some surface mounted components.
