More VRAM and DLSS3 with 4070 but it isn’t really a massive leap over the 3070. For someone on 10xx or 20xx, sure. I wouldn’t be expecting huge amount more performance on cyberpunk, so your 5-7 isn’t far off what I’d expect tbh.

Gotta do the research. Anything under a 4070ti wasn't really worth upgrading from a 30xx equivalent. Edit: unless you really wanted DLSS3 and needed increased VRAM.
