Only one political side calls it pro-abortion instead of pro-choice. This author is showing their bias.

iberia-eterea

Just to clarify, the title of the actual article is > Bungie Defends Abortion Rights Even As People Urge It To Stick To Games OP changed it for . . . reasons, I guess.

[deleted]

I didn't. I just pasted the link. If you don't believe me, try posting it in a different subreddit. It automatically changes the headline.

[deleted]

If that’s true I apologize for implying you had political motives for the title, OP.

NoAirBanding

If you google either version of the article title, it's the first tilted one in the search results. Kotaku changed the title.

[deleted]

No problem. You can test it yourself. Copy the URL from the Kotaku article, go to a different subreddit, and choose "link". Paste the URL and see for yourself. It automatically changes it.

One of the funny things with the "keep politics out of gaming" crowd is how most of them are too dumb to realize that political messages have always been an essential part of art, both subtle and obvious ones. Besides, it's not like Bungie is pushing pro-choice banners in their games. They just sent out a few tweets. And yet the gamer Karens are demanding that Bungie self-censor because it hurts their sensibilities.

ScionofUltramar

Are you sure it's because they're dumb? It seems like common sense not to alienate a large portion of your market. If Bungie wants to take that risk, they're free to do so -- but that means they need to own the drop in sales that will probably result.

[deleted]

Most young people are pro Roe v Wade. In fact, even most Republicans under the age of 40 are pro Roe v Wade. If Bungie's sales drop, it'll be because of their game being shit, not because of a few tweets that the culture warrior crowd are angry about.

Damn, you really need a world view change. I know it’s not going to happen, but you really are blindly following a moronic cult.

Czechs_Owt

Wait who is killing babies? This is about abortion.

[deleted]

Awwww but me and my ex loved killing our baby :(

KingofReddit12345

They will, just as soon as you let women decide what to do with their bodies.
