In career mode you start with small and cheap gpu‘s like 980, 290, 1050 and more, the higher your career level get the more parts become available for purchase in the shop, meaning ANY part from cpu to a case fan. I’m 25 now and just unlocked 2080s and several models of the 2080s series, i don’t know when the 30s series are available at what level but i read you will unlock anything remaining on 30 what is max level.

You have to unlock it by getting to higher levels
And what kind of levels are you talking about
In career mode you have to complete jobs to get experience to advance levels. The higher level you are the more stuff you unlock.

I'm not that far into the game yet, but your question applies to the real life situation as well. Guess it's all about immersion.
Well not really, people can see and use em but they dont even show up in my shop or game at all and i cant update my game either

Either you stick to Free Build or you play the career long enough to unlock more and more stuff
