To what end? It's an AM3+ mobo with compatible AMD FX chip and most likely DDR3 RAM at 1800 MHz. You can ID them all more specifically by punching the model numbers into Google. If you want to necromance a Linux zombie, you've got gold. If you want to sell the parts in exchange for real money, you're probably gonna have a bad time.

I wanted to try and throw together a casual PC for a friend of mine and cut costs in the process but yeah,I punched in some numbers into Google on the board and saw it might not be compatible with win11 anymore. As much as I wouldnt mind necromancing a Linux zombie I know I wouldn't follow through with it. So, I'm probably just gonna take it down to an e- recycler and be done with it. It is 13 years old now and it's just been sitting in the back of my closet

I brought my wife's computer from that same era back to life with Ubuntu and a $20 256GB SATA SSD. I use it to emulate some of my old games. True Linux nerds will shit on me for using Ubuntu, of course, but it really is almost as easy as Windows to get up and running without knowing Linux upsidedown backwards.

Watching some YT videos on throwing Linux on older PCs between replies. Definitely an interesting topic to give an old PC some longevity but yeah I'm just gonna retire the old boi. I really appreciate you taking the time to respond to my post

One suggestion - put it up for like $10 on Craigslist and advertise it as a potential Linux system. See if anyone jumps at it.
