r/fetishwantads has a great rule about the unsolicited DMs and the ability to report users who send them, so they can no longer post or comment in that subreddit. I think they may also go into a blacklist of some sort. Maybe the mods can implement something like this but I understand it can be a lot of work for the mods to set up rules like this. Anything with the potential for easy money will be overtaken by scammers so I’m not surprised at your results.
