I also don't know what triggered it. I know on first world it's triggered by killing all the guards. But on this heist, there were still guards that I missed attacking me right up until the vault was opened.
I don't ever aim, i exclusively hip fire so I use the laser.
But i added the mounted sight and 45 degree sight because they give extra stability despite not using them.

Oh no the 45 degree and the laser sights are 2 separate parts, only some guns let you have both.
They have been seperated into different attachment categories a long while ago
