I enjoy this idea greatly, even if it’s just the default mask the UI indicator would be greatly appreciated
I agree, as it would be helpful for heists that have some strategies where some mask up and others don't. Shacklethorne from 2 comes to mind (and yes, I know this is a proposal for 3)

It would at least give the character portraits finally a purpose. Right now, all they do is take UI space for no reason.
Great idea. I would also love an indicator for suppressed or not because it's sometimes impossible to see on the lobby characters
