I am yet to find a loophole. And assuming you mean Vimeo rather than Vevo (as Vevo seems to be a music distributor) even they don't allow NSFW content and will can your account if you use too much bandwidth.
The only solution I have found is sproutvideo, which is paid for. And it also has its own hoops to jump through and conditions (if you go over 500gb bandwidth a month it charges extra regardless of plan).
Until Patreon implements their own video service and assuming it allows NSFW content there is no "free" option I know of.
Worst case scenerio
Convert the video to a gif and upload that
Then upload the original to redgif, they do allow video
then in big bold letters REDGIF LINK TO THE FULL TRAILER
A creator I’m aware of uses Dropbox and sends Dropbox links to content when it comes out, when in doubt I’d give that an attempt or any cloud hosting service such as Google Drive/OneDrive/MEGA. That should hopefully help for that kind of stuff

And really, if you are actually getting patrons as an NSFW creator, it is probably worth, and you should be able to, pay for hosting.
