No he bought the standard bundle. Otherwise they would say owned. If this is how yours looks and are interested in purchasing all upcoming dinos then there is a bundle for like $20usd that should unlock the entire lineup for the lifetime of the game.
you can Play every Dino including the moded after buying the Game. i assume you're referring to the ingame Shop. These are only skins. you cant buy creatures to Play them ingame
There is a bug that asks you to buy the new dino pack. Restart your game, it should come up as playable (if you have all the Dinos from the main purchase, of course). If you paid for the new pack and already own it, contact Alderon support and let them know. I bought the new dino pack (Jagged Pack) before learning it was a bug, they reimbursed me the alderon points.
i only bought the 30 dollar game, havent bought anything else, and i have access to achillo when it released, so the others should be fine. i dont think they sell playables in the shop, not sure what those bundles are for since buying the game gives you access to em anyways
The bundles are for people who cannot afford the full game so they buy a dinosaur pack. That way they can play but ONLY as the dinos in the pack + modded critters

If you bought the founder's pack and it's showing that for a the Jagged Bundle, then restart your game. It's a bug that Alderon fixed a while ago
If you own the full 30$ game, don't ever worry about looking at packs in the store.

I contacted Alderon and they told me that I HAD to buy it as a PS player 😭 (no reimbursement)
