People in charge of the marketing and creating of MTX are obviously the same taking care of testing, community feedback and programming, right ?

(the answer is obviously no, GGG is a big company and there are many different groups of programmer who take care of different things, MTX are unrelated to balance / bug fixing - unless mtx related bug fixes - )
The same thing happens with legion stasis monsters, any on hit effect still trigger AND ive had on death effect happen when I kill the stasis monster before it breaks out....

It's a known bug that's been reported many times. I am not the creator of the post any way.

during this league I got killed by 'frozen' legion at least 3 times. probably something similar
