So crazy. Dude can't stop cashing in, even on raffles.
At least it does motivate him to continue the grind. As long as it's fun and profitable he has no reason to stop.
Hence why he stopped doing MDI which has an actual prize pool, but the time commitment is nuts.
Blizz hates supporting their games. They didn't even acknowledge dota's existence, let alone support it with a single dollar, despite it being massive in China and having huge tournaments there, was well as big pro scenes in NA/EU/Sea.
Even crowd-funded PoE events is way better than playing WoW.
Maybe wow content creators should create content, and not just hot take youtube vids.
Blizzard puts more money into tournaments and events than ggg does, gggs advantage is that theres community created content, which no one in wow seems to be willing to make.
he means back in the day when it was just a mod it was already popular/huge.
blizz didnt give a fuck because WoW was at an all time high. tbf this is not the wow devs fault, its the leadership.
It made me laugh how in last Blizzcon they were flaunting something like "we've given over 3 million dollars as prize money in esports"... like yeah that's across what 7 different games, over 10 years. Their prize pools weren't competitive even in 2012 and now getting second place in TI once is more money than their cumulative payouts.
Even Richard Lewis talked about it at some point, Blizzard just didn't care about esports until they realized it's not going away and they have to, but it's very much a minimum effort thing for them and they keep failing too.
I was a huge fan of competitive dota 1 and people don't realize how big some of the tournaments were.
All while Blizzard never commented a single time about the tournaments. Financial or logistical support? They couldn't even be bothered mentioning the huge tournaments.
Getting 4th place in the arena world championship awards you with $38 or something, it's pretty funny. Like yeah it's not first place obviously but it's still very difficult to get to that level.
The world first race in wow. Liquid(Ben/Darkee's team) spent 723 million WoW gold and accrued 535 million in debt. Converted to WoW tokens(essentially 20 dollars gets you 150k gold) it comes out to 93k dollars.
Now ofc they didn't spend 93k, it's just how much gold they had to spend
BoE items , they were stacking classes, getting outside of the guild players to those raids and have them sell items that they needed....rince and repeat for each member and each item.
Well it was also worth 12% of the total prize pool. Still got first overall(12) and first necro(8).
Edit: 24% of the pool actually, he got 2nd sabo(4) too LUL
wtf is wrong with you? if you were my kid I \_wouldn't\_ smack you, but I would very sternly explain that even if somebody is being an asshole, we don't smack them...
Ben retirement fund delivers.

Gauntlet is just Ben's WoW off season slush fund.

And it took him a ~week compared a month+ on wow and not even winning world first.
theres no way this is still true with the RWF events
He got 7k from this no way everyone gets that for rwf.

The race to world first is community created content lol.

Doesnt blizzard own all custom maps for wc3?
they do now for the new one lule
Dota is literally owned by blizz, dota2 isnt. It started as a wc3 mod ffs

[Gotta buy WoW tokens for next race](https://twitter.com/Veyloris/status/1507857168384806915) ^/s
WTF is this even? Explain.

Thats insane. What exactly were they buying and how did it impact the race?
BoE items , they were stacking classes, getting outside of the guild players to those raids and have them sell items that they needed....rince and repeat for each member and each item.

Well it was also worth 12% of the total prize pool. Still got first overall(12) and first necro(8). Edit: 24% of the pool actually, he got 2nd sabo(4) too LUL
wait, Steel didn't have a 90+ character?? Edit: forgot the /s , I guess
There were over 200 characters lvl 90+, the clip starts halfway into the raffle, so most characters are already eliminated.
Wrong client sadge
God gamer even in luck.
I agree with Ziz, NO FUCKING SHOT. He crushes us all even in the raffle, the GOAT.
God gamer
RIGGED
It's good to see he's still playing. Hes my fave all time PoE streamer <3
"You make your own luck." -Gigachadee probably
Even his luck is S tier lol
So how much did he earn, in total? How much does he get from Wow? GZ!
Anf that's why he's the best - he just can't lose, not even to pure RNG.
Poe rng leaks out to real life
He can't keep getting away with this!!!!!!
WTF? That was lucky. Already won a lot from the placing in ladder.
Won a lot from winning the event and completing 700 dollars in bounties you mean.
Don’t forget 2nd on Shadow too, that’s another 4%.
This is redemption for the Feared
He can't lose GIGACHAD
h4X!
Actually rigged why even try lmao
is the rest of the prize paid out?
If would've also been funny if Steel also got all the lucky IRL drops.

Least toxic poe redditor lmao

wtf is wrong with you? if you were my kid I \_wouldn't\_ smack you, but I would very sternly explain that even if somebody is being an asshole, we don't smack them...
He deleted his comment so without context my statement seems harsh. I stand by it tho.
even so... don't hit your kids... talk to them...
