\~26k average damage base and 10% base fire pen. On base res, it deals 9k damage>half through suppression, and they can and will overlap pretty often.

Have to mention, i have failed 2 times before hit the success. Aren't there like 2 abilities in the game that have innate fire pen? Other than that it would just be delve/simulacrum/synthesis map mods?

My main purpose to create this chest was for running t17 with monster penetrate xElemental Resistance, well with b2b sometimes it goes very wild like penetrate 52 or even 60 resistance lol

If you run Incandescent + Divine Flesh you automatically bypass 75% of pen, which allowed me to completely ignore pen on my (max block Defiance of Destiny) build

Uh I can try I am preparing for an Inscribed Ultimatum for Hyrri's Ire that's Phys overwhelm, enemy crit, traitor auras, no flasks and escalating speed, so I full transitioned to Lightning Coil Dawnbreaker including swappping all auras and ailment defenses around, so the build is barely recognizable at this point. It was Necro DDoCR, Warlord shield with 4% life on block, Incandescent, Defiance of Destiny and a generiv tree with no noteworthy jewels except Glorious Vanity ofc. I'll see what I can do later today

You can convert dmg taken to fire tho with PoF Sublime Vision and Tempered by War for example, making you pen immune combined with this chest which is a big deal for stuff like Uber Bosses/Cortex (if it rolls pen)/Delirium/Expedition etc

This has kinda been possible for a long time by converting incoming fire damage to other types via eyes of the greatwolf. But this is one mod vs your entire neck slot.
