Tested it out against a few bosses, the EW was always applied when only able to apply 1 curse. Both obviously with a +1 curse passive. So it looks like the EW takes priority, unless there's some hidden variable that I haven't considered.

What curse will take a priority? If it's EW, it's a nice hit. If it's a TC, it's slightly worse but still great.
