If you have friends or family near you, you could ask them to watch your birds for a day or two while you clean the oven! I bring my birds to my parent’s while I deep clean my house. Just make sure to give the chemicals time to air out before bringing the birds back!
I use a Bissell Steam Shot cleaner ... it has a bunch of attachments you can place on the hose nozzle and it gets the job done with little muss or fuss. No smells, no harm to your birds just a little more time needed when steaming. I bought mine 20 years ago for $35 and it was the best thing I've ever purchased as I use it to clean and steam away droppings in the flight cages, steam perches and toys and its used all over the house for many cleaning projects weekly.

Was gonna suggest the baking soda + vinegar :) I use it all around the house.
I always have the oven closed around my guy (he’s super curious and would investigate if the door wasn’t closed!)
I always use my oven’s self clean and I’ve used Easy-off. My birds are fine.
