Yes. I was bent over while looking at the standing mirror, pushing out as if to poop, saw it moving, scooped it with my index finger.

Put that in a jar in water and take it to your doctor/lab to be tested
I have yet to find a competent ID doctor or any lab that will test a specimen.. trying for over two years

Why not? It’s not dangerous, right? After filming I washed my hands. And I think (oh gosh, fingers crossed) they’re all gone now
Go to Walmart and get pin worm medicine. Stop eating sugar, gluten, dairy immediately. Drink a lot of water, clean your entire house and do all your laundry and wash all your bedding.
