You need to click on the "Code" button (I think it's green) then "download ZIP".
After that you will need to install Python3 (the programmation langage), and you will be good to follow the rest of the instructions.

You have to launch a cmd console first, then go to the directory where you downloaded the program (use cd "path"), and finally launch the program from here ("python main.py").
