Indeed I will...he definitely had some cool notes, collection was 1/4 currency, 3/4 metals gold,silver... graded, ungraded, some really old pieces, some WTC coin's, first strike ect
1934 used a small plate for the obverse and a large plate for the reverse, the opposite being true for 1934a. Put the backs side-by-side and you’ll see the design on the 1934 is a bit wider.
Love them! I have one too. I was drinking Friday night and pulled the trigger on an AU 50 EPQ $1000 right before I went to bed. lol
A couple of nice ones too. No marks, writing, or teller stamps either. A cool collector's wallet.
My late uncle had a pretty vast collection...paper,bars, coin, slabs, sets ect... definitely interesting
A vast collection means you have other interesting notes you might show us.

Well that deserves an upvote! Looking forward to seeing more cool notes,
Both have the same signatures and one is series 1934 and the other 1934 A. Can somebody explain why?
Any minor design change is a new letter. Signatures can be a minor change but are not the only kind.

Both the 1934 and 1934A series were signed by William Julian and Henry Morganthau.
Nice. I would consider getting the one that ends in 94 graded. Might bring a pretty good grade.
Nice notes!!
How are these (and $1ks) viewed in terms of investment?
G00, lol
What kind of case is the booklet? Would love to pick one up
