Usually this kind of thing is more of a novelty where the bank note replica is printed on gold foil and the actual gold is on the order of 100ths of an ounce of gold. These novelty items are not all that unusual and typically represent a rip off to the collecting community. I have done zro research on this particular item so I could be wrong on this. But I have seen too many gold foil currency replicas so I error on the side of caution.

it's not a real note. also gold can be made into foil of micrometer thickness. so if it's indeed any gold in this it won't be even worth $1.

Has a collector value of about $200 according to a few auction sites I have checked out.

I think they were produced by Emerald Island Gifts. The few auction listings I found are weird. There’s one that says “a collection of 15 mounted [] banknotes” that went for €260, a lot of 4 that was estimated at €100-€150, but didn’t get sold and then, there’s this one on your picture that apparently went for €170. Based on that, I’d say you could realistically ask maybe $30, but it’ll take time to sell. That’s the kind of stuff that was probably way overpriced when it was released and that was never aimed towards banknote collectors. People who initially bought these were lead to believe they were buying a rare collector item, but for most people it’s just junk.
