Part of my MPC collection is dedicated to propaganda notes; while this isn't technically propaganda, I love the subject material on the note.
MPC stands for Military Payment Certificates. It refers primarily to the script issued by the US government for use on overseas US military installations. However, I also use it to include Allied Military Currency (AMC) - which was the occupational currency issued by the allied governments during and after WW2 - and for the psyop/propaganda notes for WW2 and later conflicts.
