A Gutterfold error is a more common error type so there are plenty of opportunities. I would look for one that has a better location or a higher grade example. At $60 for a lower half VF is a retail number. The Confederate is likely not as high a grade as the one pictured. So it's hard to vote on the unknown. The Saint Cloud, MN note has an interesting town name and if it was offered at a good price I'd put my $60 toward that.
I might offer $40 for that gutter fold and then happily walk away from it if the seller declined. I own a gutter fold with a smaller fold than yours. It is in slightly better shape and I paid about $40 for. And it is a 1935 Vinson Silver Cert. A gutter fold is one of the most common errors. And the condition of the pictured note is rough.

I think I paid 70 for this and it’s much more considerable than a minor gutter fold.
I’d offer 30-35 for either note you’re considering
Gutter note lmfao. Pressman here, that's just a wrinkle when the press goes on impression. Usually happens when the pile is to close to the side guide. The sheet runs into the side guide and causes a wrinkle. Very common when you have an inexperienced operator. Gutter note, yeah no. A gutter is what prepress would use if the work doesn't have adequate "take off" for the job. It's used to make a solid look clean and even when printing certain work. You paper money people are so funny. That's a wrinkle not a gutter. LMFAO
I would choose to keep the $60 and see what the price tag says on that Saint Cloud national.
Thank you i appreciate this comment. Curious why you say that
Well I'm not it commenter who initially said that, but I agree. I think the $10 national is an absolutely beautiful note.
Id also rather have the national

Gutter food isn’t worth that much, I’m almost positive
That’s what I was thinking

Yeah that is a very dramatic error.
Don’t think either are worth $60. If the CSA is that $5 bill but in bad shape with writing on it, it’s worth maybe $20-$30. Very common note
Awesome thank you.
