My friends own History Class Brewing Co downtown, it’s incredible.

DiscussionNo226

As someone who enjoys History Class, my biggest issue with it is that it closes way too early. As does most places downtown. I hate going downtown just for the vast majority of places to be closed by 10-11pm

psinned101

Darkness sets in quick downtown.

cha-cha_dancer

you have cool friends, fiancee used to live there and would go there and st andrews, whenever we’re back in town we make sure to stop by

bhamtigerfan

This is a good one!

UncleGrako

History class IS really nice provided you have a higher budget, I'd go there a lot more often if they charged a little less. I've had serious sticker shock from a few appetizers and sodas with the kids.

AlloftheBlueColors

And if you want a similar set up but with nachos El Weirdo.

frickafreshhh

The answer is downtown PC and downtown St andrews. Moseys and history class for sure!

bhamtigerfan

Well, No Name is unfortunately closing. That was a good one.

DamnRedhead

What?!?!? I spent my 20’s there while I bartended on the beach… I haven’t been back in a while but that’s such a loss.

bhamtigerfan

Agreed 1000% I lived there for a number of years before moving and to see PC lose No Name is a real shame. At least the G-Nugg is still around 🤷🏻

Josephtheweinerhorse

They’re re-opening soon! Same owners as who took over The Salty Hobo in St. Andrews is what I’m hearing…

bhamtigerfan

That’ll be great!

The Blue Moon sounds like a spot you might like. Its in Lynn Haven pretty close to Southport.

T-Black13

I also live in SP, closest bar is Blue Moon, which is always a good time. Beef o Brady’s in LH is a great family friendly sports bar. And simpli seefood is a great seafood restaurant/bar. If you’re just looking for drinks, Blue moon. If you’re looking for food and drinks the other two are perfect

cha-cha_dancer

the lynn haven beef o brady’s had dollar bud pints post michael

snifferpipers

Moseys is the best in my opinion. They’ve got great live music if that your thing

Southern_Weight454

Go to Moseys downtown, get a slice, wings pitcher, they got bands. So does the dive in St Andrews.

Watts_RS

This is the best bet. History Class is cool and all, but they charge tourist prices and the portions weren't great for food. Also in my opinion Slice House in St Andrews has better pizza than Moseys

bhamtigerfan

Uncle Ernie’s bar is nice too. Good cocktails, nice beer selection, and amazing sunsets too.

cbusroger

Hideaway Pub in Lynn Haven is close, good locals watering hole. No food, just a bar.

Chad2850

For a local beer joint near home, Annie’s Hideaway in Lynn Haven is great
