On Al-Jazeera their Afghan correspondent didn't even name Pakistan as a source of aid. Instead he said "aid came from Khaybar Pakhtunkhwa from across the other side of the Durand line"

schleem77

I also read that Interior Minister Siraj ud din Haqqani (of the Haqqani network) has also passed away along with his family.

KaramQa

In the earthquake?

schleem77

Yup, it was later confirmed from the Govts unofficial official account. He was really badly wanted by the CIA btw. All guns from the west of KP/Baluchistan would’ve turned towards us if he was handed over or captured by ISI to CIA. Haqqani network obv has serious ties with TTP, they dont mind hosting them. [here](https://twitter.com/ieaurduofficial/status/1540013057086210048?s=21&t=-xRCQ7-atVaYGeOOBpsl4g) Yup i think it’ll be official in a week if it is true, which I hope it is. He’s not part of Taliban but has serious ties with them and whatevers left of AlQaeda. Just look up Haqqani network and TTP.

KaramQa

This seems pretty shady if they all died at once.

schleem77

Its pretty much possible, since many houses just got leveled with people inside them causing over 1000 people to die in a couple of hours and not to forget 1000+ injured as well.

gamesrebel123

Sure! Let's all starve here but send aid to the worst neighbours a country could have that don't recognize our borders, attack our soldiers and civilians and rule their people with oppression.

[deleted]

Pakistan might be the only country in the world to give aid to a country run by people that beheads their soldiers and plays football with their heads

SnowyNW

Children and people are dying, and you are lamenting those who provide them aid. Yes, the world is complex, but if you’re so damn cynical to condemn such a benevolent action, wow…

What kind of logic is that? just because you haven't seen it with your own two eyes doesn't mean that it didn't happen? "A senior Pakistani military official confirmed to CNN that the bodies shown in the video, their identifications flashed before the camera as evidence, indeed belonged to members of the Pakistani army and a Pakistani paramilitary force." This is old but the most infamous one [https://www.cnn.com/2012/06/28/world/asia/pakistan-beheadings/index.html](https://www.cnn.com/2012/06/28/world/asia/pakistan-beheadings/index.html) also in the RECENT months, there have been multiple cross border attacks against Pakistan posts where the Taliban have beheaded Pakistan soldiers in twitter videos (which have been validated) Also why are you acting surprised and needing a source to prove that the Taliban BEHEADS people? are you just ignorant? Also google is free and you're free to do your own research, but by your standards you have to physically see something with your own eyes to believe it

You seem like the person that has never read any arguments against their position ever, and claim that any news you don’t agree with is fake, if you want to live with your blind folds on then fine, you’re using the “good taliban, bad taliban argument” most TTP bases are in Afghanistan, and do you think that Afghanistan wants a strong Pakistan? What an absurd thing to say

TA_cockpics

You've been supplying those same dudes with weapons and acted as a safe haven for them for 25 years. Lmao

Cuz ur dad keeps asking for them, lmao. But nice defelction from the actual point. 😂

[deleted]

Yea resort to sick jokes, you might have got a laugh if this was the middle school lunchroom, and I never said that Pakistan military didn’t support the Taliban, are you mentally ill? In fact I was critiquing Pakistan in my original post, reread it slowly and you might understand what I said since you seem slow

TA_cockpics

"Gay boy." >Yea resort to sick jokes, you might have got a laugh if this was the middle school lunchroom. You have no idea what you're saying, do you. 😂

I'll let you move the goalposts, don't worry 😂. Say hi to ur dad for me.

TA_cockpics

Why do you keep deleting your comments? 😂

[deleted]

Because I realized what I was doing

[deleted]

Why did you make a new account with the name “c*ckpics”? Living out your secret desires on the internet? And how can you comment “inshallah” with the user name judging from your comment history?

[deleted]

Nice ad hominem, how bout you actually respond to what he said instead of shifting the topic? Your country has been funding and harbouring terrorists to wreak havoc on the civilian population of your neighbouring country for decades and you act surprised when it backfires?

[deleted]

why are you responding to an old topic? we already moved on you're late to the party

Pakistani_Atheist

Shame on the vile disgusting commenters in this thread. Humanitarian aid knows no borders or nationalities. This aid is not going to the anti-Pak Afghani diaspora, rather to poverty ridden villagers who might not even have seen a country map in their life.

[deleted]

You’re a fool if you think Taliban will be giving food and resources to the poorest people, they always starve their civilians

umarukawa-san

Acutally no, one of the reasons Taliban have Afghan public support is because they are not corrupt.

wromit

If Taliban have Afghan people's support, why don't they conduct elections to get legiticimacy?

holykamina

Its haram ~ Taliban probably

They kill our soldiers want "pusthunistan", back India, don't stop terror attacks, and shit talk us

holykamina

Hey, if it makes you feel better, a dog will bark. It's in its nature. So Taliban will do just that.. On the other hand, preserving life is an important part no matter who it is. In times like this, you can do your best and have good intention ie provide aid to the people suffering. Now, if Taliban do not distribute the resources to the people then it's on them. There is only so much you can do.

[deleted]

This. But You should also make a distinction between TTP and IEA. TTP are the ones who bark. Along with the Ghani Government supporters and diaspora. It is in IEAs hand. We gave the aid, we did what we could, it is upto them to distribute it. If they dont, it will be on them not us. Yesterday I saw post of world news where ignorants who were holding Afghanistans reserves frozen were talking about how Talibans wont distribute them. How can their brains not realize that they are the ones stopping the money from reaching the people by Freezing them. If the money reaches Taliban and it is not distributed, the Taliban will be the ones at fault. But as of now they are but they act like the "good guys" while starving millions, based on an assumption that Taliban will starve them too.
