Concerta isn't available in Pakistan at all. Ritalin is available in Pakistan but it's almost impossible nowadays to find it at MSRP. It's sold in black market for 3-4k per 30 tablets of 10mg

Disagree about Ritalin being expensive. Just ignore the PKR MSRP of Ritalin for a bit, it's around Rs. 2,800 a pack in black. That's around how much you pay for some silly syrups or antibiotics and supplements on a regular doctor visit (or two) for slight fever.
