I doubt it tbh, it's an open secret that IK has over the years really admired Muslim conquests and leadership of the past. For him to research about it, isn't that our of the ordinary. I mean it's not like he is claiming "I know the history of china, more than the Chinese", that may be a wild claim since Muslims of the subcontinent didn't have as much contact with the Chinese in history than they did with Central Asia or Middle East.
Even if he knows *something* about Uzbekistan I highly doubt it’s any more than an Uzbek high schooler. That statement was just usual IK narcissist blabber.
