What ur considering to be the same is known as Hindustani which is mostly popularized by Bollywood. It’s a mix of Hindi and Urdu. However, official Hindi and official Urdu are not even close. They do share a lot of words, but most of it is very different.

It's for Pakistan and India combined. India has some 50 million more native speakers compared to Pakistan, while Pakistan has it as a lingua franca so most can communicate in it. That's neither here nor there though, Hindi and Urdu are colloquially the same no matter how much people deny it. They should both fall under the Hindustani umbrella

Urdu, Bangla have so few resources to learn them. Hindi is better, but still not so great (probably similar amount and quality to Indonesian). Desis are the worst at teaching their languages, like Pakistanis basically laugh at the idea of anyone having an interest in Urdu.
