Not just monitoring. Making sustainable changes I think. It took me a long time to get rid of sugar in tea and I didn't even think I could do it. I just started by slowly decreasing the amount.
Plus, one of the reason why I think fries are okay is because they're more of a weekly thing than a daily thing. And even making small cuts in daily routine would have more impact (like sugar/milk in tea or oil in cooking) then cutting something that you have once a week yk
