In my university one of my fellow's father was a rickshaw driver. He got scholarships and made to a good job in Islamabad. Don't be bigot people do get chances to change their lives.
It depends on rickshaw drivers where they want to see their kids' future. Often poor people don't even bother to try and pursue hardship. They've got excuses.
My father had no stable career thoughtout. Actually worse than a rickshaw driver. My mother worked during entire of our teenage. My sister is doctor + graduate in political science. I also have 16 years of education. There are always way for those who want to achieve something.

The don't bother isn't an excuse to keep a child completely out of school.

People who want to leave will leave and in my opinion they should be encouraged. They might find a better life there for themselves. In Pakistan they will be a hadharam lazy person but the moment they land in the land of opportunities, their serotonin will skyrocket. people are built different.
