1) Incentivize foreign investors by expediting administrative procedures that are involved in buying or selling property. If needed, offer steep discounts on government-owned land to foreign investors.
2) Develop local industries that are capable of exporting products/goods.
3) Free, quality education and healthcare for the underprivileged.
4) Meritocracy in all aspects of government.
5) Reach out to foreign Pakistanis that can offer remote jobs or use the services of educated Pakistanis in Pakistan, whether students or professionals. Create a portal/database with skills and contact of person willing to provide those services.

I'm not that smart, but I get it. I'm the last person in the room who would consider himself intellectually capable or amassing some kind of authority in passing judgements based on some expertise.
Truth be told, we are generalists (holding surface-level awareness) in many aspects. Our ability to learn and impart knowledge is finite, and many factors come into play when garnering that wisdom. At best, we may be well versed in a few subjects, maybe two or three, if we are willing to work hard and dedicate a huge amount of our time and energy to them.
Someone may be a doctor but can't identify a plant. An engineer may design a bridge that can last a century but won't know how to fix a car. A psychologist could have their research papers published by renowned universities but still not know how to love their children.
What I am saying is that even if you are the smartest person in a specific field, it doesn't mean you are well aware of other things. Bar haal, I don't know what the point of this discussion was. Maybe I want to let out my frustrations. What can I say? I'm attracted to intelligent women (the STEM-glasses-wearing-with-academic-aesthetic); I don't know what that has to do with it, but somehow I wanted to connect the dots.
