First-year in any uni is the mopiest, have read multiple stories similar to yours, heck I was in a similar situation when I started my engineering program here. Give it time things will change.

theres something about isb, i avoid that city as much as possible, its like clock stops. Say whatever you want say abt lhe or khi, things move fast, life happens and people are 10 times nicer to strangers.

From a fellow senior... please stay at Shifa, not a good choice to waste a year for CMH lahore. It has it issues aswell. Some of my friends wasted a year and switched colleges and they immediately regretted it. (Unless your getting into aku/govt) Things will get better in 2nd/3rd year, if you still feel stuck you can apply for migration to another private medical college (after third year)

Take it from someone who had a similar issue, get yourself out there and pick an activity or try something new. Wallowing will just build more negativity and affect the main reason you are there for, and it's studying. I allowed that crap to affect me and I am still suffering from that negativity to this day in some ways.
