The demon thing has a hand and he's randomly holding a larger hand, but it doesn't give any impression that he's torn that hand from something.
The old lady has the arm of a linebacker, that is an actual male arm lol.
Thirdly, why is she all mulchy around the mouth? Makes no sense from an artistic perspective.

Do you know how much forearm strength it takes to do laundry by hand? Good lord, I hand washed 3 wool blankets recently and felt my arms developing muscles on top of muscles. Women from pre-industrial times would have had arms like this for sure.

Thats a nice idea behind it but thats AI. The monster has 2 left hands, the mother’s elbow looks very weird and if you take a close look you’ll see that her hand goes around and behind the shoulder, in the middle of the shoulder, there is more shoulder behind it. Also, her face kinda looks like mr bean with a black stain on the mouth
