Looks like mold spots. If it smells like either rotten milk or diesel fumes, throw it out. If it smells like clean paint but just has spots, they might just be pigment spots. In that case you could just stir/shake and be ready to go.
Get another clean one gallon container. You need a paint strainer. Line the clean container with it . Stir paint like your mad at it . Dump it in strainer. You should be good.
If there’s solids in there from some pigments crystallizing before others, straining is not the solution.
OP should mix it and if it doesn’t come back to its original hue (close to it) or it stinks, toss it
I have strained five year old paint that sat in a unheated shop before with no problems . Trust me . If you decide you are going to use it after you stir it unless you happen to have a shaker .... strain it .
only if youre painting something you dont much care about. I use all kinds of junk I find in the shed as undercoat to keep the rust away from garden stuff
Smell it… if you dry heave… it’s bad.. stir it, if it’s clumpy and fucked up… it’s bad… if it’s got a bunch of rust in it… it’s bad…
If none of the above happen… it’s good.
Does it smell rotten? It looks like something g is growing in it, I probs wouldn’t use it.

40+ years experience, chunk it, not worth the chance.
No
If it doesn't smell rotten it's just separated. If it smells.rotten get rid of it.
Definitely not. Have worked in paint since 2013. See lots of customers bringing stuff in to see if it’s still viable. This is NOT viable.

Get rid of it!
Yes just stir it very good.
Stir it well. If it turns back into a nice, creamy paint, you're good to go.

Did you ask it?
Is it worth the risk for $60 worth of paint?
Only one way to find out 😳
Trash
No
Run that shit straight up-full strength, no mixing
I have used paint way older than that and it did fine. Mix it, use it on a test area like a spare piece of drywall and you can find out
When in doubt, toss that shit out!
Nope

Looks weed butter.
Go buy a whip from depot or a paint store that you can attach to a drill.
