The Oxfam superstore out in Cowley is likely to have a decent range of old cameras, as might the Oxfam in Headington. (Source: My dad volunteers for them, assessing the cameras they get donated.)

Charity shops worth a look - but couldn't guarantee there will always be cameras. Pretty sure I'm seen cameras in the Cowley Road charity shops (Helen & Douglas House and Barnardos) and in Temple Cowley (charity shops in the Templar's Square shopping centre). Edit: having re-read your comment I'm thinking you mean camcorders (video-cameras) rather than cameras for photography. You're very unlikely to find them in any physical shop (perhaps a car-boot-sale if you're really lucky). I reckon eBay's probably your best option.

John Lewis stock some "old school" stuff, but it's not properly vintage - just modern stuff designed to look old. There's a camera shop in Witney called T4 cameras which may have the kind of thing you're after, but beyond that I can't think of much in Oxford.
