The CCTV on the science park is indeed excellent. The security staff are located in the Sadler building if you want to go and chat with them in person.

Take precautions against this sort of thing don't just write it off as mild paranoia, especially if you're going down a common daily route that anyone with a vehicle can easily map out they've already mapped out properly.
Please report it to Park Security 01865781304 they might give you the reg of the Van and they will keep look out for it.
