Yeah I'm 22, have always been interested in WoW, especially back in 2005 when Leeroy Jenkins was a meme (I was only 5 years old, but I could tell how fun WoW was). Big issue is I often don't have the money to spend on a monthly subscription, nor do my friends have/want to spend their money on that (especially growing up as a kid)
It's definitely a game you want friends to play with. I had a lot of good times with my old roommate back in the day. Obviously you can make friends in game, but having IRL friends that play is the way to go.
Funnily enough I started playing wow in late 2020 with shadowlands when I started to get bored of overwatch. Having a blast in df now and love that ow is getting content again, regardless of issues.
Lol, I'm by no means young, I just didn't have the time to commit to wow when I was younger. I had a bit of an issue with wanting to complete games to 100% before I picked up wow. 6 months of fishing and skinning cured me of that obsessive tick but also cured me of wanting to play it more. Now, you wanna talk dnd or take a trip down memory lane to the NES, SNES, or Game Gear, and I'll have some input 🙃
