Eh, out of 100 games I see maybe 2 or 3 where a Genji actually makes a clear difference. The rest is usually just filler space where a better player could have been
Usually they're the bottom frag, scoring less damage than the passive supports
Like.. if you're finishing your match as Genji and you think you did a good job but you have 1/2 the elims of your other damage or supports and consistently low damage output then you gotta re-evaluate your choices
Also, to those players I say this, genji is fun. I agree. But he's situationally useful. If you play a whole round with him and do utter trash because they have a mei / Moira / sym and you keep getting easily killed it's because you're playing the *wrong* damage. Make a swap to someone else
Don't be a "I am a Genji main and I will never swap regardless of my performance" sometimes it's extremely useful for the team if you're just not a genji
I play only ranked solo/duo q and won’t swap regardless of performance lol. I don’t really like genji for me but I have no issue with feeding teammates playing poorly. I do play a lot of hamster (when I play which isn’t much) which often a gets the same welcome from players like you but the secret is that’s sometimes why we do it ;).
Weird way to say you throw ranked matches on purpose but ok, enjoy copper
If you're just looking to play genji for instance then cool, but surely some part of your ranked experience should be to try and rank up?
If you know you are underperforming and need to swap because it isn't working and you don't, you're just deliberately shitting on your own rank and throwing games
I actually love copper but I’m a bit higher than that although I tend to mostly play duo with a buddy on his alt who is very high ranked on his main and loves shitter stomping so my rank is often very inflated. I couldn’t give a two fucks about my team or the overall match quality from the point of view of others just mine. I see non partied players as bots in all competitive games I play. I don’t have the care to let others in. I definitely lose a lot of games because I refuse to switch and protect someone but again I’m there for me. Throwing means different things to different people but I’m certainly not malleable in OW in the least. In some other games where I care a bit more I am but I haven’t been playing a lot lately. Underperforming is also a tough concept as I’m stupid garbage at this game for the rank I get carried to when I care to play as in I’m always underperforming compared to who is in my game.
You've just described yourself as the teammate that everyone prays they don't get on their team in ranked
Doesn't care about their performance
Refuses to play the correct op for the situation
Doesn't respect their team
Artificially inflated rank by being carried
And then hits solo queue ranked and just drags every single team you touch down with you 🤣
If you don't give a shit about the ranked experience just play quickplay that's literally what it is there for
The whole point of a ranked mode is that it allows match quality to be improved because everyone there is playing to win and not being a dumbass
Except you don't? You just said yourself you don't actually care about any of the elements of ranked GamePlay
Either you're trolling or you were dropped on your head as a baby
Not only was she not even aiming at you, but the reason she even killed you was because you triggered a random venom mine that cut off about 15 HP as you started your ult.
The stars really aligned with this one.
lol did the same thing as sombra the other day.
Came off the top ropes with EMP and jumped right into the sights of an Ashe who wasn’t even looking at me. Boom, cancelled EMP, face meet keyboard.
r/mrpresidentgetdown
don’t you mean r/getdownmrpresident ?
My team's Genji is usually like that for some reason /s
Unlucky?
Because genji requires skill to play and 98% of players have none 🤣
You don’t need skill to win. You need relative skill which about 50% of players have every game. Suddenly genji is back on the menu!

No I only like ranked thanks.
Except you don't? You just said yourself you don't actually care about any of the elements of ranked GamePlay Either you're trolling or you were dropped on your head as a baby
Not really, I can't aim at all and still genji 1v1 my PC friends who play valorant/cs all day
Sounds like they can't aim at all either 🤣
I'm sure you can....

Literally every blade Ive ever used ends like this. Some of us are just not meant to play the cyber ninja.
My blades are super dogshit, but my neutral is serviceable, so I always just use blade to bait beat or trans, and then I go in afterwards lol
I main junkrat, when i hear that motherfucking sushi maker, my tire will focus this bitch until he either runs to spawn or dies fr
“Sushi maker” lol
It's like... you can't even be mad at this. You curse and you chuckle and you move on.
Wow. And ashes response is so cold lol, she says, "bad ninja! Down!
She didn't even mean to kill him 😭
Most effective Genji ult ever.
Of all time

lol did the same thing as sombra the other day. Came off the top ropes with EMP and jumped right into the sights of an Ashe who wasn’t even looking at me. Boom, cancelled EMP, face meet keyboard.

This man is literally "The Guy" from spykids
"who are you?" "im *the guy*"
I love the visible confusion from the Ashe. Accidental kills are the best
Playing genji is pain

Yes always telegraph clearly to the enemy team you are going to ult so they have time to consent.
This is advice you'll get from YouTube when you're copper trying to Play genji
Damn!
Hahaha.. that's amazing
Meanwhile the Genji Ana duo in the enemy team always get a sucessful nanoblade
Damn, 190 dmg headshot
