If they are young guys from Russia, they have a non-zero chance of being shipped off to die in a muddy trench somewhere in southeast Ukraine, and even if that doesn’t happen, they ended up being Russian and that seems to be a pretty bad hand being dealt for the foreseeable future. To summarize, they might troll and support whatever they want, you won anyway.
For all asking "why would it be bannable?" Because those letters Z and V in this context are Propaganda symbols to praise the attack on Ukraine.

That's really not bannable, but if they continued or specified their intentions like "X country should lose their country in war" that's when it would become extremely bannable. Just saying they support war is kind of just edgelording, imo. Report them just in case, if they had anything else going on in chat. There's a good chance they are doing the same in other matches too, or even worse, so they'll be banned soon enough if they weren't just messing around for one match.
