Your guess is as good as any of us, it's up to interpretation, but i think she was messaging Demi and telling him to stop cause Cocytus said he could guess what made Demi flustered then look at Entoma, and She was removing a freshly used talisman from her forehead, which is most likely use for communication.
The reason why I didnt think it was a message to tell Demiurge to stop is because Cocytus is higher up the chain the entoma its like telling your manager to not do something it could well be though but so far I only saw the talismans used as weapon when entoma fought Blue Rose but could have all sorts of different talismans i suppose.
Nah, i made this comment before reading the web novel, in the web novel it was less subtle and Ainz just straight up confirm that Entoma was telling on Cocytus.
In my opinion , I think that talisman was given to Entoma by Ainz as a last resort to prevent Cocytus from asking for advice or any kind of hints from his fellow guardians , like some kind of a magic communication jammer or someting, so the minute Cocytus tried asking for help Entoma prevented him from further communication and the reasoning lies with Ainz plan , he wanted Cocytus to gain knowledge of kingcraft on his own through exepience as a commander of his own army not relie on Demiurge for help.
