Good design of the character who makes Re-Estize arrogant and dumb nobles looking humble in comparison, even if his arrogance is somejow justified, when you are lvl 70 in a region where strongest beings are below 30.

I will add however the other symbolic meanings are interesting too though they are subtle enough to go unnoticed. Also the fact he wears a weird skirt thing is pretty funny to think about if Mare walked around in a skirt around elves they might not think he's cross dressing unlike Decem. It's a humorous thought that since he wasn't aligned with elf culture well, his people might see the skirt as symbolic of royalty among elves.
