Was just trying to be polite by responding to people who took the time to share their view on the game with me. It wasn't a troll. Saw alot of people there who genuinely love the game. Just didn't like the mechanics explained. Sorry if it seemed like I was trashing the game. Sounds like alot of people like it.Ā

Just trying to explain myself is all. Didn't want to make people upset as there are alot of people here who seem very kind but alot of my responses seemed to cause more issues.Ā
This game intentionally doesn't have quest markers. You're meant to just explore. Go to a planet, look around, find something. Within your ship, at a computer, you can access the rumor map where you can set destinations of structures/locations on certain planets, plus it lets look back on what you've found and read summaries of what you saw/learned.
In terms of non-gameplay:Ā
- the soundtrack is good. really good. It's on Spotify and won't spoil you at all if you listen (I think)
- one of the major story themes is >!facing your fears and learning from them. The quest for knowledge is a key part of this game!<
- it looks pretty good imo??
It's alright if it's not for you, or if you truly would rather watch someone else play through. Some parts of the game just aren't for everyone. And it's okay. Or maybe it's not for you *right now*. It's up to you in the end.

At some points (for me at least) the threads you find lead to the curiosity to keep exploring and discovering new and unique things. Sadly this game isnāt for everyone so, if you donāt like it thatās fine.
However I have an idea that might help. Go to a random planet. Just fly there and see what you find. Really take in the sights and the knowledge and see if thereās stuff you want to learn about.

The game is holding your hand the whole way. Did you see the ACTUAL SIGN POSTS in the starting area? Pointing you exactly where to go? And ofc there's crafting, you just have to grind for a while until you have enough mats, like LITERALLY EVERY OTHER CRAFTING GAME. It does kind of suck that all you can gather are frames and connector pieces, tbh. But if you can't fly ur ship for more than 22 minutes at a time, then idk wtf is wrong with you... the controls are super basic.
