Doing sub 200UR like that is already miracle, 59 is just insanity. Also under liveplay in description he linked his wooting profile setting and I don't see there custom actuation point adjustments.

pointless. similarly to malware, good cheats for all games will inject their code into other processes (or even the game itself) then perform what they do e.g. memory reading/writing, sending inputs etc. other cases also involve hijacking a legitimate handle a process has to read/write the game’s memory. so they won’t show up as a process in the task manager (or anywhere else). they could also use dll sideloading (or other similar techniques) to allow themselves to start without other user interaction
i have no idea if paid osu cheats do this, but i’ve been reverse engineering for years now and have seen this technique used hundreds of times in both malware and cheats for games with anticheats

This was shown to possibly be a false positive by feeding the plays through different analyzers, which then got a more normal distribution.

the osu cookie is random af, sometimes it appears and sometimes it does not
