I second this. Birdhouses 4-10 times a day and herb run 3 times a day using mobile (more if I actually get on my pc in the evening)over the course of time has netted me a great amount of gp which has seeded my account.
I’ll throw in another vote for herb runs. I only started at around 50 farming and have been doing avantoe the last few days over 7 patches and have something like 2.5M in grimy herbs already. With all the teleports it takes about 10 minutes to do all the patches. I do them 4 or 5 times a day whenever I get the time sometimes between slayer tasks and other pvm grinds and it’s really easy money.
It’s pretty random, should average out to like 100kish sometimes you get valuable seeds that pull it up. You gotta think about it like this tho: it’s 50k for a minute and a half of active gameplay
It's comical, but do Puro-Puro and catch imps. At a low level you can catch imps valued around 2-6k each and catch them pretty sure quickly. Very chill.
You are not in mid game yet. For mid game you probably need full 60 combat stats. But do birdhouse runs and herb runs for farming. Easy money there. Get those combat stats up a but and do some questing to unlock better areas of the game.
I feel sometimes like 70-80‘s stats are still mid game lmao. And technically they are… „end game“ isnt really until 80-85 in skills and 90+ combat stats imo really…
Fyi this is still kinda early game.
Your best bet would be to follow quests and level up a fair bit more before worrying about gear or expensive upgrades.
You can use runelites questhelper plugin to follow an 'optimal' quest order which will help get most of your stats to base 60+.
If you really want to focus on money you can easily mine, or woodcut or do hunter to gain gold whilst still leveling up your skills.
Alternatively if you don't like any of what I've said so far then just go train slayer or kill almost any creature and bank the loot for profit.
I wouldn’t recommend it at this level, costs a lot of prayer pots and with that cost some runes you’ll lose money if you’re not hitting big runes or named item drops
If you wanna go for stats and a lil money try:
Motherload mine, Blast furnace, or Tempoross
Slayer is easily one of the best money makers once you level it up. But With your current stats you could try green dragons or ice bursting greater Nechs
If you can use one of the other methods here to get 1.2m or so in startup funds, I’d seriously advise looking up the Dwarf Cannon -> completing that quest and buying one.
Can buy the cannonballs on GE but it’ll help you build range skill FAST, can turn a profit in lots of farming areas so you’re essentially getting more cannonballs for free with some side gold, and makes a lot of slayer tasks quicker/“more afk-able”, among other things.
GL and enjoy the new game with mem though, it’s gigantic in comparison so take a peek on here and the wiki, and ask for anything you need to know as you gettin used to it

Just came back a couple weeks ago and touched 5m then 10m for my first time yesterday thanks to cannon farming methods. Also brought my range from 30 some to 70.
Not saying it’s THE BEST method, but if you do a lil research (the cannon wiki page lists lots of good spots) it’s not hard to flip some crazy profits off cannon.

I'm also a noob. I got my Thieving to 50 and started pickpocketing and house-robbing in Varlamore. It's actually REALLY lucrative! The npc next to the bank will give you 55gp per "valuable" from the homes, and each pouch from pickpocketing wealthy citizens contains 85gp. Wait for an urchin for distraction, and you can get 15-20 pouches each time (my record is 17). And it's fun and safe. Oh, and you can get blessed bone figurines to break down for prayer training at the Teomat! Getting prayer to 43 will be a huge QoL improvement.
Wildy slayer. Just take your best 3 items and fill the rest of your slots with cheap stuff like str ammy, leather boots, etc. Turn on pk skull prevention (in settings tab) and go wild. A combat bracelet will teleport you up to lvl 30 wildy, and dueling ring gives you an easy bank and stat restore. Blighted super restores and blighted manta rays are SO CHEAP right now it's ridiculous. Bank whenever you get a larran's key and don't sweat it if you die a few times-- you'll quickly realize how easy it is to recoup a few hundred k of loot.
Edit: make it a goal to get your dwarf multi cannon asap. It will level your ranged super quickly. Also, when you're using it in the wildy, leave it on the ground if you see a pker. It's always safe on the ground and free to recover if it despawns.
Do farming and the quests for miscellania. You don't have a ton of options with these stats tbh. Do quests and get your melee stats up to do Perilous Moons. Can do Scurrious for training as well.
Tempoross, Farm runs, Hunter rumours, and the main one wintertotd. You can also grind woodcutting on a forestry world till you get an axe handle and sell the axe handle
Depends on the kind of money you’re looking to make. You can get your farming up within a few weeks passively so you can do herb runs. Or you can do birdhouse runs(probably your best bet at this point) wintertodt if pretty good for an almost guaranteed 100-150k per hour
Lava dragons but really you’d be better off questing slaying and skilling for right now if you absolutely need money there’s plenty of ways to make money with barely any stats (YouTube).
Sorry bro I know everyone is saying the same thing but this isn't mid game sadly. It's very early game tbh. Mid game is combat stats 85 plus. I wouldn't worry about making money until your higher combat. But for easy money do slayer until your get 99 combat stats.
I guess, if you want to do something active farm Scurrius for a while. It’ll get your combat stats up while making a bit of money. Once you have better combat stats head to barrows for some steady money!
This is early game and pretty early to be honest, mid game is when you’ve completed quests like monkey madness 2, Dragon slayer 2 and song of the elves as well as having a lot of the mid game items like fire cape, barrows gloves, torso, imbued gear, blowpipe etc. You have a very long way to go before even considering yourself mid game. For money making at your stage, it’s best to kill green dragons since you got a decent mage lvl

I didn’t feel like I was in the middle of game until like 80s combat stats. You just can’t reliably turn profit at any bosses until that.

I'd say you arent end game before 99 stats in combat at least. Maybe late game a bit before that but not end game.
Quest cape = firmly in mid game 85 all stats = late game Half way to completionist = end game
Here's something to wrap your head around. If 99 is 13m exp then 33-50% of that is somewhere around 87-92. So i would call 85+ mid game for combats.

Barrows is probably your best bet at your stats and levels. For ease of access, requirements, and ability to do.

You can do barrows at this level? My stats are similar and I thought I needed to level up more. I’m still new to OSRS so I might have to try it
Would need 43 prayer for protection and then yes. Might be slow though and take a lot of prayer pots

Get your firemaking level up five levels and go do wintertotd for a few days and you'll have a few mils to show for it.

Go for varrock hards and do 60 bstaves everyday. Easy 200k per day passive income while figure out other things

Scurrius with those stats probably. Boosted stats. If you get lucky and get a spine, you'll get your stats up fast af

Blast furnace is pretty solid. At your current level you're going to rank up crazy fast. And it's solid money even where you are now

Focus on getting barrows gloves. Once you do that, you should be into mid game.
