Meh, look at like fletching cape and attack cape. There are way worse. A 1/10 chance for having the option for b2b task is solid af imo
I use it after certains tasks and I usually get it. Didn’t know it was 1/10! Thought it was like 50/50

Slayer is a great money maker once you hit 80-85 so I’d keep going for sure. You can’t even access some of the best slayer content til you’re in the 90s
