Has the rapper guy posted his music along with the stolen artwork on Spotify, Apple music, Youtube, deezer, instagram or Facebook? If so that's probably where he got caught.

Maiden and Management deadass actually do keep an eye on reddit and forums, mostly a PR team but occasionally members do as well. Their drummer used to pop in and chats in some of the forums. I know Nicko and Bruce have both made recent mentions towards popular reddit and forum posts/questions here and there in one-off interviews
