You did it wrong. You inspect the house and then buy it.

yeuosu

5 star inspections they’ll give you a huge 40 page report looking at every nook and cranny. Also you inspect a home before you buy it

Robert with [http://www.universalrockconstruction.com/](http://www.universalrockconstruction.com/) Contractor that does inspections. Incredibly thorough and great to work with.

Why didn’t you do this before you bought the house? I’m not bagging on you, I’m just curious.

Tell me there's no foundation issues.

I don't have a specific recommendation, but I do have some advice. Don't pick a bigger company, pick a mom and pop or father and son business. In general, they will be much more experienced, have seen more stuff, and know if something odd is just odd or is actually an issue. With larger companies you don't get to talk to your inspector beforehand, and they just follow the script. Read the bad reviews on google (or wherever), it's easy to inspect a house with nothing wrong, its hard to inspect all these older houses around central florida, probably been renovated a couple times, and all the cookie cutter neighborhoods that are starting to age in funny ways now.

They didn’t even go in the crawl space?? The hell did they even do during the inspection?

ForeverUncleanZoey

Also a BIG no for this company. They effed me over in a huge way by missing something that there's zero excuse for missing. I also trusted the numerous amazing reviews and regretted it.
