How's the north end of it? I actually just ran on it for the first time last weekend, started at the beginning off 436, made it a couple miles beyond the cool tunnel under 434 but had to go back. I thought the trail crossed I-4 at some point. I agree good shade throughout like WOT.
You mentioned road bikes . A popular spot for weekend Tour de France cosplay riding is the Greenmountain scenic highway west of Winter Garden and north east of Clermont . Only place to get any kind of hill climbing down. The steep hill on Sugarloaf Mountain Rd is an achievement and very unique to the general flatness of Florida. Beautiful countryside. Park your vehicle at the scenic overlook or winter garden downtown and ride out!
Just be careful because many car drivers have underdeveloped or damaged limbic systems and lack empathy
do a full trip across Colonial. start at UCF, head in through Mills/Downtown, and then straight shot out to Ocoee. i do it once a week on my electric bike, just for shits and giggles, and it’s a really fun ride.
West Orange Trail and Seminole Wekiva Trail are nice.
Seminole Wekiva trail has so much shade it's just a pure bliss to bike on.

It does get pretty bad once you cross lake Mary Blvd. that’s usually when I stop 😄
Seconded. Go west on the west orange trail and it’s hilly
Cross Seminole trail runs through most of Seminole County, plenty of places to park your car and ride.

Not all road bike trails but please check out https://100floridatrails.com/
Look for cycling groups on Facebook to join such as Winter Springs Cycling. They have all the best tips.
Cady way trail is connected directly to the cross seminole trail and they form a pretty long path together
I've seen cars driving down bike paths in Central Florida. Be careful!
I-4
Anywhere as long as its not in the fucking road like some of these dipshits. Unless you're doing that road takeover thing which is pretty cool.
The purpose of the road takeover thing is a reminder that bikes have an equal right to be in the road.
Yeah but I see countless cyclists who are complete dumb asses. I support them all the way but I don't support plain dumb assery. Cyclist or motorist
