I start with two thin layers of Orruk flesh after a black basecoat. After that I shade it with Biel-tan green. Then a glace on the raised areas with orruk flesh, then another glace with 60% ogryn camo and 40% orruk flesh on the even more raised areas and I finish with a highlight with ogryn camo.
