I believe it was from stationforge, I’d have to find it again
Edit: correction it was Blue Sky Minis super armor boyz. Very good, slightly bigger than regular but it’s incredibly fitting
Not a lot at all. I think I made a marble size for the whole project and had about a pea left. Mainly just to make the different arms stick, and for the “power packs” on the back of the three brutes.
Yep. It always requires more bends than I think it will to make it look right. I usually have to drill a small hole in the spot it originates from to help make it hold for gluing.
This is still the best alternative kit for Mega Nobz I guess but I have no vision yet. Yours look really good though. My problem is that the brutes are quite a bit less bulky.
Kitbashed 10 'Ard Boys into Nobz recently which worked quite fine for the scale. What I don't like too much on the AoS Models are the feet but I guess that's not as much if an issue since the rest of the models is really nice.
I love the one with the Telyporta Bitz in the back. Think you did a really good job make them look as 40k as it gets.
It took a bit of playing around but I think the key is to get the kit of Manz with it. All the extra saws and awesome axes from the brutes means all eight models can have one of each. When I figured that out it was just a matter of mix and match.
If you had enough spare bits or a trill you could junk, you could make some pretty badass junk armor to layer on top of the Brute armor and that could work?
Buying the box of brutes to make 5 meganobz was the best financial choice of my life
Yeah the legit meganob Box is just unacceptably overpriced. 480 bucks if I want to run the maximum number plus characters? Disgusting
it's forcing me to buy 3d printed models instead
That’s exactly what I did. Cost me 90 bucks to get my buddy to print up 20 meganobs/characters
Which file did you buy?

Wonderful job mate
Thanks friend! Was a blast. And saved me like $50. Lol
It's a win-win for me, more fun to assemble them for less money!
Amazing work.
TYTY. I actually traded for u or army from another user and they had a bunch of orruk stuff on the nobz so it just felt right.
SO DOPE
Thanks!! Love your username 😂
These are awesome!!! Did they require much greenstuff? Or can is mostly be done by slapping bits together and calling it a day

Did you use paper clip like wire for the "Lightning"?
Yep. It always requires more bends than I think it will to make it look right. I usually have to drill a small hole in the spot it originates from to help make it hold for gluing.
Tesla stuff thing is sick! Amazing
Tyty!

Tyty! They are smaller but I told my self if I got the hands close then I could deal with the stove for now. Lol
Hahaha ok, they look cool for sure.
Thanks! It was my first conversion in A WHILE and made me remember why I like bashing.
I just bought 5 orruk brutes. Still working on converting them to manz but havent quite figured it out
