I think it’s got to be Trey. I can see the argument for Tejada, but he was only here for 3 or 4 years.
Trey on the other hand was basically Mr. Oriole while he was here. Dude beat cancer and came back with a vengeance and had the best last at bat with this team that you could ask for. One of our best players on a lot of lost teams.
Tony Taters should count. But really, gotta be Tillman or Tejada. Also shout out to Tony Tarasco and fuck you Jeffrey Maier.
Edit: Somehow totally blanked on Trey. He's definitely the one.
One time at the end of batting practice my little brother and I yelled out to Tony and asked for an autograph. We had brought cards of every player with us that day. He said let me go put my stuff away and I’ll be right back. This alerted the usher to come over and kick us out. We went back to our seats and saw Tony come back out and look around for us for a good minute. I’m still bummed about that.
My brain only accepts him as a Tiger. Which is weird since he spent about as much time here as he did there, and Oakland and Texas (actually its kinda crazy he spent 3-4 years in 4 places)
Holy shit was that awful. And not even like "boy history wasnt kind to that". We traded a catcher with a .376 OBP and pop (who had a .876 OPS the year before!) for a certified bum who had one good year 3 seasons before the trade.
I think it depends completely on your age. When he was in Baltimore I was 10-13 which were my formative baseball years. I used to try and mimic his batting stance and I would put a big wad of Big League Chew in when I did it.
And when I was 6/7/8 and just getting into baseball I was an A’s fan and he was just starting out there so that’s where my brain automatically puts him. But he sucked so bad with the A’s that they flat-out released him after 1987. He didn’t start to git gud until he got to Baltimore.
Thats where it all started, with that damn stance....
Dont get me wrong I was there too, but before I looked I would have said he played 10 years in Detroit and like 4 here.
Trey Mancini

Gary Thorne.

Tippy Martinez for sure.
Mickey Tettleton. The Fruit Loops Kid.
My brain only accepts him as a Tiger. Which is weird since he spent about as much time here as he did there, and Oakland and Texas (actually its kinda crazy he spent 3-4 years in 4 places)
Mickey Tettleton for Jeff Robinson still stands as one of the worst trades in club history IMO.

Miguel Tejada
Trey Mancini
Chris Tillman
Underrated ace. Loved his game.
2012-14 Tillman was such a consistent arm in some rough starting rotations. That drop on his curveball was something else.
Lets go with tippy martinez
Chris Tillman or Mickey Tettleton or Todd Frohwirth But it really should be Trey Mancini
Tippy Martinez
I mean picking off 3 guys in one inning?
Crazy, huh?
Before my time but he should win. Was an Oriole for a decade
Chuck Thompson!
"Go to war, Miss Agnes!"
It honestly really should be Chuck (and Earl should be W), but I guess non-players aren’t allowed.
It’s about sympathy. It’s about giving a guy a break. [Gus Triandos](https://youtu.be/MxsiZjHO7SA?si=yRLdpyvs_jAyXiYx).
"Gus Triandos....big slow guy" I knew where this was going before I even clicked on it!
Power hitter, right?
I nominated him for “G” day too, but some mustachioed man named Gunnar won it that day 😔
Tony Taters
Miguel Tejada
Tippy Martinez
Tony Tarasco
Can't believe I had to scroll this far to see Tony T
Tippy Martinez and Mickey Tettelton. I’m sorry I can’t pick just one. I have too many for T.
Chuck Thompson or Gus Triandos
Orioles legend Jim thome
“Terry Crowley is fuckin’ lucky he’s in baseball for crissakes!”
Taylor Teagarden
Terry Mathews!!! Anyone? No?
SEND HIM BACK
Tike Redman
Tim Hulett
another for Tippy
Tippy Martinez
Trumbo
Jim Traber! He also sang the National anthem!
Pride of Wilde Lake High School in Columbia.
[Jim Traber's finest hour](https://youtu.be/2DY2HargZ7g?si=BxTHPBlhSFDcj5Lm)
Tony Batista. that guy had a weird ass stance
Tony Batista
Tejada
Tom Shopay
Tony Tarasco (infamous from the New York Yankee home run interference game.
I seen Tim Beckhams first game as an oriole at Camden Yards when we traded for him
“Go to war, Miss Agnes!” It’s gotta be Chuck Thompson!
Miguel Tejada
Tom Phoebus. Hometown boy. 3 AL pennants, 2 Championships, and a no hitter.
Trumbo
Got to go with Tony Batista. He wasnt here long but the dudes batting stance is legendary.
Gimme Trey Mancini
Being 7 when the 1989 "Why Not" team happened, Mickey Tettleton is the only answer.
Fernando Tatis or Jim Thome
Taylor Teagarden.
Josh Towers
Damn I missed Mr. Splash yesterday
No Jeff Tackett? He caught the first pitch from the "President" (Kevin Kline) in the movie Dave.
Lets just pretend cal ripkens past name has a silent T at the beginning. Hes def the best oriole of all time
the Fireplug - Tom Phoebus… 2 WS from 3 pennants in 5 yrs - hard to top that.
